Possible “Project Runway” All Stars
There’s a story at OK Magazine.com about the possibility of a “Project Runway” All Star Version. According to the article:
“It most likely won’t be a full season, more like a Christmas or Thanksgiving special,” the show insider tells OK!. “And since a lot of contestants were hesitant to return to the show, producers have upped the ante by offering that the individual challenges will feature fabulous cash prizes.”
Usually, reality shows have an all star version when they feel the show is going stale and needs a jolt to reinvigorate it. But “Project Runway” is doing very nicely. The move to Lifetime will re-energize the show, and unlike so many other reality shows, “Project Runway” is almost always interesting because of the nature of the competition. But I’m sure my opinion won’t stop them from going ahead with it anyway.
Some former contestants that supposedly have been approached are Jay McCarroll, Santino Rice, Daniel Vosovic and Choloe Dao.
