Emilie Zanon designed these hats. I don’t know if I like them. No. Computer says No. No, I don’t like them. The third photo reminds me of those tribal ladies in Africa with boobs down to their ankles. I’m sorry, that is so juvenile of me. But I can’t help it. The guy in the first photo looks like he may have been duped into this photo shoot with a pack of Winston’s and a forty ounce. It’s probably someone super important that going to blacklist me now. Anywhocares, if want more of this fugliness , visit Emilie’s myspace. She does other things besides hats.

Designers Han & Brikauski had an Aha- moment when they designed the Hood Thong. The aha moment occurred when they were put a hood on their head when they were chilly and realized it’s not their ass. No kidding.. I have no idea why or how they came up with this. But it looks like something Kylie Minogue would order one in every color. This could be hot if there was a top attached then you could wear it to the beach. But, it has no top, so in my book it’s pretty much useless. On their site , you can pre-order… before they make it in ‘factories in China’. I can just see the children wondering what the fupe are they making. Poor things : (

British Milliner, Stephen Jones , designed this fugly hat that was in John Galliano’s Spring 2009 collection. I’m confused as to what this is exactly. So, I see the flower… is that chicken wire??… and is that Waldo’s scarf( I know he doesn’t wear a scarf- but it looks like he would wear this one)?
I dunno, but I usually love clever hats, but this one is not cool. Speaking of chicken wire, I’m glad Prop 2 in California passed- the one for banning animal cruelty on farms. Having said that, I’m craving El Pollo Loco. For everyone who doesn’t know what I’m talking , click here. I used to make fun of the place when I first moved to California, then I I was forced to eat there one day - and I liked it!
Back to hats, I like hats with feathers on it the most.

File this under FUG. A designer from England , Walter Works, has decided to take everyday random junk items like pot scrubbers, old shoes, keyboards and the inside of a cassette to make clothing. I didn’t say fashionable clothing. The first photo is make from casette guts, the second, pot scubbers (copper would have been more elegant), the third , sneakers , and the last keyboards and wires (is that a pacifier?!)
This reminds me of the time when I made a purse out of a high heel. I sewed fabric around the top of the shoe and attached a red ribbon to the end of it as a strap.I wore this crap to a club one time and it doubled as weapon to keep gross guys away. But it also attracted other gross guys with shoe/foot fetishes. So, I gave that crap away to the Sal’s boutique (Salvation Army) when I moved. Somewhere in Providence , there is a homeless tramp with a shoe purse.
Anyfug, this proves that one man’s trash is still another man’s trash. But , I give Walter an A for effort. Like the same way , I give my young son an A for effort even though it’s completely hideous.

I didn’t realize that Beijing had a Fashion Week and don’t ask how I found this on New Jersey.com!
But, here are a few photos of communist chic…My favorite is the last photo of the Swan Lake costume. I wonder if you can get the Avian flu from that dress…. The other three ensembles truly have military overtones - severe and even bondagey at times… I bet you could replicate those looks at Hot Topic if you really wanted. By the way, this is the Spring collection. Yeahhh…..

Australian designer, Felicity Peters has made a Brass knuckle-ish sort of ring made out of silver and gold.
It’s named “too many hats to wear”.. I call it ‘Fug on four rings’. This wouldn’t last through one back alley fight! I don’t even understand the correlation between the too may hats to wear and the colgate toothbrush, a granny on a car and the Ben Franklin candle! WTF!? Bizarre! When I say Bizarre, there are 2 kinds of Bizarre- the artsy- I -don’t- understand -it- but- it -looks- cool- bizarre and the WTF-it’s- a mess bizarre. This falls into the latter. It looks like something my son would bring home from Preschool.

These glasses are silly! First of all, if you need prescription glasses, these are all wrong because you could just get the glasses that change tint when you go outside. Second, does the sunglass part of it have a prescription built in? If not, you’re extra blind because it is also dark. Not to mention, they are oh so elderly chic …. Bottom line- these are fug.

Junya Wantanbe’s Spring 2009 collection was a mix of East Village crazy homeless meets an African villager. The only thing missing was the Basmati Rice Bag handbag and petruli. I’m not really a fan of this collection, but I get what Junya is trying to do. I’m glad she didn’t go all black like she usually does. So, this collection is really a step out of her box. But, with that said , I must file this under hellafug…. , but I give her credit for trying. We’ll hang this right on the fridge, Junya.

I seriously couldn’t decide which photos to post because they were all equally fuped like these here! This is the latest collection from Maison Martin Margiela. Yes, Martin Margiela - the boutique on Santa Monica Blvd. in Beverly Hills with the Sparkletts irridescent thingies on the outside of the building. Anyfuglycrazycollection, I think designers are saving a crap load of money on hiring ‘Butta-faces’ and covering their entire head with props like wigs and hosiery. The hosiery could be a reference to mini-mart hold ups or those people from Anonymous. And the afro wig is probably a reference to the blaxploitation years or just a microphone. By the way is that Jacko in the first photo??? Well, we know what Madonna’s gonna wear on tour….

Can they see anything? Daayammm! This is the Spring 2009 collection from Yoji Yamamoto… yes, SPRING!
Morbid and Depressed, this collection was pretty much all black because Rei Whatshisface said that black is the new non color. Didn’t “Touch My Monkey’”Deter from “Sprockets” say the same thing once?? Anyhideous, there were several dresses looking like a deflated soccer ball… I know what David is getting Posh this Christmas. I wonder if they print the suicide hotline on all the tags. I’ll stop now, even though I could go ’till lunch.
