Nina Ricci -Spring 2009- Gorge!
Olivier Theyskens’ collection for Nina Ricci Spring 2009 was just gorgeous and original. It had a romantic , yet modern feel to it without it being costumey. Theysken has a knack for making elegant evening wear without it looking stuffy or too contrived. Nina Ricci has finally been revived! My mother wears Nina Ricci ‘L’air du temps’ perfume and whenever I smell it in a department store , I still think it smells like ‘mommy’. When my mom would travel and I missed ’mommy’ , I would go sniff her perfume. She just came back 2 weeks from Canada. Don’t judge!
