Rumors are a’swirling on E! that the Grey’s Anatomy creator and writers are contemplating killing off Dr. Izzie Stevens. Why, you ask?
Answer: Most likely due to Katherine Heigl’s recent behavior. The Emmy Award-winning actress took herself out of this year’s Emmy race, citing the reason that she wasn’t “given the material this season to warrant an Emmy nomination.” Sheesh, sorry you didn’t kill a patient this season!
On the other hand, some speculate that Katie wants to get out of the show herself. C’mon, I know Knocked Up and 27 Dresses were hilarious, but that doesn’t mean you gotta leave Seattle Grace!
