Ok ladies, it’s the time of year that we need to re-evaluate our closets, to make way for all of those January sale bargains, and it’s the perfect time to really organise your closet space.

Tip 1: If you have lots of costume jewellery, in particular necklaces, try putting some small hooks or nails on the inside of your closet doors and hang all of your necklaces there, so that each time you pick an outfit, you can cleary see which necklace will suit it best.
Tip 2: colour cordinate items wherever possible and keep all skirts, trousers and tops together so that you can find them easier, you may be surprised, but this will actually save you lots of time when getting ready.
Tip 3: each season, remove the previous seasons items to make way for the current season, i.e. you will not need winter jumpers in the summer, so put them into storage, i usually store all of mine in the attic each season, but just make sure that they are well protected as you don’t want them getting damp or moth eaten!
Tip 4: be ruthless, if you haven’t worn it or haven’t been able to fit into it for more than 2 years then throw it, as believe me, if you haven’t worn it in this time then your probably not going to wear it ever, i am a real horder but have have to learn to get rid of things as my shopping habbit forces me to make room for new items, it will be hard at first but you will be really pleased once you have made the extra space in your closet.

Finally a proper bra that you can wear with those sexy backless dresses and tops, if like me you have tried using the dreaded stick on bra cups and given up then you’ll be as pleased as i am to discover this, The side boning holds you in while the straps loop around the outer shoulders for maximum support. Not sure how well this will cope with bigger breasts though, but you could always use some breast tape to stick the cups to your skin for a bit of extra support.

Pretty much all of the party shoes that i have seen recently are peep toes so you really need to make sure that those toes are looking no less than perfect. Topshop have a great selection at moment, i’m loving the gold ones (centre) and they are reduced to $70 at the moment!
I just love these shoes, they are so feminine yet have a real masculine feel to them with the lace up front, these would look great with tailored trousers and feminine top, i’m thinking silk maybe? but they would also look great with a skirt or dress, so pretty versatile and a real wardrobe investment!
