To Botox or Not To Botox…..
So as some of you know….I am starting to become obsessed with Botox. It seems like I meet someone everyday that has done it and LOVES it……..and with the exception of a few over-filled Hollywood Hunnies, the people I meet in real life that do it look fabulous……I don’t know, it’s a tough call for me. I mean, I am in an industry that makes aging tough, for sure. And while I’m not anywhere near ashamed or embarrassed by my age (quite the opposite), I am starting to miss the skin of my youth…I just spend A LOT of time in front of mirrors….and while granted, I am not the one in front of the camera ( thank you god), I do have to look at myself from time to time……and I figure instead of spending all my hard earned cash on expensive creams, why not prevent the need all together (or more realistically go through product slower…..)
Well here’s the kicker.…one of my nearest and dearest….Lianne over at TheMakeupGirl finally went under the syringe and looks AMAZING..she has documented her entire process…and with the help of the new Flip mini-digital camcorder, even made a little tape showing us her newly Botoxed brow.... If you are curious at all about Botox go visit Lianne and have your fears assuaged…..or your old judgmental opinions erased!
Let me know your thoughts….I’d love to hear your opinions and experiences on aging…gracefully or NOT.
Botox Beautifully (if that’s your deal…)!

You need to understand that Botox can migrate from the face directly into the brain. Ask yourself: Do you really want Botox swimming around in your brain?
Maybe: No?

Okay. The studies I read said that the botulism toxin (it wasn’t Botox brand exactly) that migrated into brain tissue was in rats and cats (those poor animals)…..and it isn’t surprising that it moves to other muscle groups in large areas….I know, $@#$ can always happen…and I know if god forbid something terrible happened it would a be for useless vanity….but then I think, something could fall out of the sky and kill me any moment…..LIVE…ya know? I mean, damn….why worry or stress about wrinkles when you don’t have to?
